REDUCED FEE CARE PROGRAMME

At Head, Shoulders, Knees & Toes Chiropractic, we believe that access to quality musculoskeletal healthcare should be available to everyone. Our Reduced Fee Care Programme is designed to support members of our community who are experiencing financial hardship and may otherwise struggle to access chiropractic care.

To ensure the programme remains fair, sustainable, and available to those most in need, the following terms and conditions apply.

Eligibility
The Reduced Fee Care Programme is available to individuals experiencing financial hardship or other circumstances that limit their ability to access private healthcare.
Applicants may be asked to provide evidence of their circumstances. Acceptable forms of evidence may include:

Universal Credit or other benefits documentation

Student status confirmation
-
Pension Credit documentation
-
Low-income payslips
-
Referral or supporting letter from a healthcare professional, charity, or support organisation

Other documentation deemed appropriate by the clinic
Acceptance onto the programme is at the sole discretion of Head, Shoulders, Knees & Toes Chiropractic.

  2.Reduced Fee Structure
Patients accepted onto the programme may be offered chiropractic treatment at a reduced fee determined by the clinic.
The level of discount offered may vary depending on individual circumstances and clinic capacity.
Reduced fees apply only to services specified by the clinic and may be reviewed at any time.

  3.Availability
Places within the programme are limited and subject to availability.
Appointments may be offered during specific clinic hours and may be changed where necessary to accommodate operational requirements.
The clinic reserves the right to suspend, amend, or withdraw the programme at any time.

 4.Scope of Care
The programme covers chiropractic assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation advice as deemed clinically appropriate by the treating chiropractor.
Certain services, diagnostic investigations, referral fees, reports, medical imaging, or third-party services may not be included and may incur additional charges.
Treatment recommendations will be based solely on clinical need and will not be influenced by participation in the programme.

 5.Attendance and Cancellations
Patients are expected to attend scheduled appointments and actively participate in their care.
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for appointment cancellations.
Repeated missed appointments, late cancellations, or failure to engage with recommended care may result in removal from the programme.

 6.Review of Eligibility
The clinic may periodically review eligibility for the programme.
Patients must inform the clinic if their financial circumstances change significantly while participating in the programme.

 7.Privacy and Confidentiality
Any information provided to support an application will be treated confidentially and processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the clinic's Privacy Policy.

 8.Professional Standards
All patients receiving care through the Reduced Fee Care Programme will receive the same standard of professional care, clinical assessment, and treatment as all other clinic patients.
Participation in the programme does not affect the quality, scope, or professionalism of the care provided.

 9.Termination
The clinic reserves the right to withdraw participation in the programme where:

Eligibility criteria are no longer met

False or misleading information has been provided

Repeated appointments are missed

The therapeutic relationship breaks down

The programme is discontinued

By participating in the Reduced Fee Care Programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
